Airframe hours?

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

So i'm extremely pleased with this product. I have come across zero problems. It took me a while to notice that it actually logs the airframe hours. I'm wondering if there is a way to reset this at all?

I have done some little test flights and just played around first of all but now i've learnt a lot after reading all the documents i'd like to record the air frame hours from scratch with proper flights that i do. Is this possible? I'm wondering if i would need to remove it and reinstall it?

Also,

Maybe i'm not understanding the airframe hours correctly, But mine shows 2.58, I assume this means 2 hours 58 minutes? However i've noticed it will jump up to 2.59 every 30 or so seconds vs an actual minute.

Michael, that would be 2.59 hours, or approximately 2 hours and 35 minutes.

Hi Yoda,

Thank you for that. How is that calculation made?

Michael shame on you.  2.59 is 2 hours plus 60 * 0.59 minutes.  I imagine you'd recognize that 0.50 hrs is 30 minutes.
