Cant Install ptp files

So in the operations center in the 737 tab I go into versions and the 600/700 is grayed it says unable to determine the most recent version and the plane works fine but with the ptp files I have a pack but then the aircraft name is red I select one and I hit ok and nothing happens

did  you  do  the uninstall of  the 737-800,600,700 and  downloaded  the latest  version and  installed  them?
