The original installer has an 'unistall' option. Select the sim and uninstall and proceed.

I tried  this version first MilViz_DHC-2_Beaver_v1.170619 version and that did not work I went back and  selected  MilViz_DHC-2_Beaver_v1.170529. I cannot find an uninstall in the main fsx sim as  well as the files in app data.  no uninstall anywhere. I then went to the milviz add on manager and it does not even find the file.

Run the installer. Look for the brilliant yellow box at the bottom with the mysterious "Uninstall" legend.

Select the sim version, then select "Uninstall". Done. Simple and straightforward.

Not sure you how you did this install but, run the installer, then click the check box where it says uninstall.

That's it.

To me, it looks like you've installed it in the wrong place..  Not sure how you did that...

Normally I would agreed  user error, but The problem is  you cant choose the location. the first installation  worked perfectly and I was able to fly it a few times, but then the update. software installed it for me and I now have no way to erase it or use it  except for deleting any files I can find and I am not sure that will do anything. I will try it.

You can choose the location. When presented with the path the installer discovers, you have a large "Browse" button which will - when clicked on - allow you to choose any path you wish.

The installer reads your computer's Registry to discover where the sim(s) you have installed are located. If your Registry entry is mangled or otherwise incorrect, you then have the option to correct it via the "Browse" option.
