ASP4 & PMDG Aircraft turbulence insim setting

Recommended Posts

Hi Guys

A question about Prepared V4 turbulence setting whilst using Active Sky. In the PMDG manuals it recommends to click the 'disable turbulence effects' on the insim weather screen however in P3D V4 the setting has changed to 'enable turbulence effects'

Should I be using this checkbox to enable turbulence in ASP4 whilst using PMDG?

Thanks

You can leave the AS checkbox on, but just use the slider in the program to set the turbulence to a level that does not cause unwanted effects when using the aircraft in the sim.

Hi Kyle

I was mainly referring to the sim settings NOT AS settings. Should I tick the enable turbulence setting in the P3D weather tab? This has changed description in V4 since V3

Thanks

Choose whatever option disables the effect, I'm guessing LM are changing the settings to a tick = on, no tick = off basis, so leave it unchecked.
