Does anyone know if alt tabbing while in flight messes things up?

Twice now the ngx departed completely from lateral and vertical path with ap engaged. The only thing i did was alt tab.

Also  i fly with lekseecon live traffic and sometimes get quite a bit resolution adviseries. Could this be the cause?
