P3D V4 Frame Rates - Awful.

I stated at first he was better of with TML =2048 which is texture resolution and not monitor resolution. 

Its because the 970 only has 4GB video memory and it is a good balance. 

Running 4K monitor resolution is hard on the GPU processor. That s why i run SLI 970's for this
