Chase Plane crashing at start up

Hello everyone,

I'm curently having issues with chase plane, it just wont start.

I checked the log and this is what it says :

When starting ChasePlane it says : "It looks like something unex..." and after I close the window It says that it is going to revert back to the stable version but still doesn't work. I tried to reinstall 2 times ( rebooting at each time etc...) but it's still not working.

ps : I don't have any anti virus or anything I even have blocked windows defender with regedit. And sorry for my bad english.
