I've seen lots of freeware and even some payware for most of continental Europe, but haven't seen anything except small areas for the UK. Can anyone recommend an accurate freeware or payware landclass for some or all of the United Kingdom? Thanks for your suggestions.

MyWorld landclass includes UK (as well as the whole world).Also FS Genesis landclass for UK and Faores.

I thought FSGenesis only made a landclass file for the US?

Sorry, it was FSFreeware who used to host Genesis hence the confusion. It was landclass for GREAT BRITAIN & IRLAND & FAROER ISLANDSI can't find it anymore. It must have been pulled, 2002 was the last update I received - how time flies!

I'm an FSG galaxy member, but unfortunately the US is the only landclass made by FSG.

Hmmm ... just unzipped it. Same file as from 2001, although uploaded again today as a 'new' file. Well, maybe it will work, maybe it will not. I would have thought that you don't need to enable it for specific areas, If you have a better local area, then simply make it a higher priority in the scenery library. Will that work? I haven't tried it yet. Keep meaning to.
