Mah, I am so fed up. I had to reinstall my RCv4 due to a SSD failure on a new drive - and it really asks me for a new registration? 

Fed up.

So I sent my request using the tool. That was on Saturday. Today is Monday evening.

Fed up twice.

Buyers are always screwed compared to crackers. :-(

Send your registered user name, ordering e-mail address, current e-mail address, and product code including any - if present to dthompss@comcast.net .

Be aware that manual handling if necessary will be slower on weekends. When using the auto registration be sure your mailer is set to text mode, not html as later Win versions of Outlook appear to be.

Anytime you change drives or reformat partitions, you will require a new key.
