Make sure you don't have the noise reduction headset option in the crj manager. 

Persoanlly, it sounds pretty much like every crj I have been on, especially when you consider where the pilots are in relation to the engine position.

I think the person quoted IS English so it IS his native language, so no excuse. You'll find that the English are pleased that so many 'foreigners' speak English far better than a lot of us. Kudos to you all.

I only wish I could communicate as well on some of the foreign language forums as many of our non English speaking members do here.

Stop deflecting from what he said - in that there has been 5 installers already you can look at that as a supportive company or a company that after 7 years released a very buggy product.
