I just have one question: what is the maximum distance/time for ETOPS for the 777?

Latest was 330 for Air new Zealand, I can see on wikipedia there is a mention for 370 as well but not specify if this is for a 777.

At Emirates for example, the 60 minute distance is  420nm. ETOPS 180: 1260nm and ETOPS 207: 1449nm.

 

At Cathay Pacific, 60 minute distance is 456nm. ETOPS 180: 1313nm and ETOPS 207: 1506nm.

The table is handy however there's a difference between what an aircraft is capable of and what it is rated to. A 777 may well be able to fly single engine for 330 minutes and can get that ETOPS rating, however airlines aren't going to certify an aircraft to 330 minutes if it will only ever fly 100 minutes from the nearest airport. ETOPS certification is not cheap, and the higher the certification, the more rigorous the maintenance and regulation goes, thus a much higher cost. Airlines rate aircraft to what they need. 

For example, Air New Zealand might need the full 330 min certification for certain hops to North America, but Air France might only need 180 at best.
