Getting OT here but sorry I have to add that anyone that has purchased AVGAS lately recognizes that while this hobby is more expensive than whittling it is far cheaper than flying, boating, golfing, skydiving, or just about anything else I can think of.  Well, maybe not more than fishing if you don't own a boat.
