Unable to open DMP file relating to ai_player.dll crash

Recommended Posts

Good morning all,

I am trying to open a dmp file that P3dv4 generated last night(5 hours in) I have googled until my fingers bled, I have followed the general debugging guide at LM to a certain extent.

I have tried bluescreenview and winDBG to open the dmp file with not much success.

This is the fault in event viewer

I have tried uploading the .dmp to the OSR dmp reader, but it states the file size is too big ( 64mb)

WinDBG does manage to open the file but its all symbols (This is my symbol source path (.sympath srv*https://msdl.microsoft.com/download/symbols))

I could upload the dmp file somewhere if anyone would like to take a look.

Thanks for looking.

It's an access violation. No one's going to be able to help much without actual information regarding your addons installed and what you were doing when it crashed.
