Hmmm, I created an account at SimTweaks, pay via PayPal but I dont see in any section the link for PTA P3Dv4.

When I'd like to pay via CC I have info "Whoops, looks like something went wrong." Is the store working now?

Make sure every single field is entered before you use either credit/debit card or PayPal. We're going to roll out a completely new system soon which will stop this, but for now, that's the fix.
