MadCatz keypresses too fast V4

I use a Madcatz FLY 5 and am on my 5th one.  Anyway on WIN 10 the keypresses seem to process too fast and repeat in P3D4. I am also using the profiler to map my keys to what P3D expects.

 

Anyway to slow the speed down?
