Gate to Gate

Recommended Posts

Thank you for all the good suggestions I received when I experienced problems in my 747 simulator! Special thank´s to John Price! I have performed 7 flights yesterday and today without any problems. The weather software AS16 was set to max wind turbulence, max wind shear, max wind updraft and downdraft. When I lower these values, my 747 followed the route form gate to gate. I have also flown the Tutorial without any interference. It is uninteresting to fly without disturbance. Maybe I later configure my AS16 to a higher level of turbulence again.

Congrats on finally getting a full flight! Good to hear your problems are sorted.

Keep in mind that full settings in AS16 are unrealistic.

Yes, thank´s! I have notice a big differens in wind speed and wind direction between ND and CDU. Is that normal?

Those inthe FMC are forecasted winds. I have found the forecasted winds from PFPX are more spot on to what the actual winds are than the forecasted winds in Activesky.
