Control assignment not working anymore

I have P3D v3 (doesn't show the version but latest update), Chasecam v 0.3.89.

The Preferences/Control assignments were working before, but now it's not possible to assign keys or joystick buttons. Chasecam doesn't react to the already assigned buttons either.

As such, it's almost not possible to use it.

 

I have skipped a few updates so I can't tell when this bug appeared, I've left P3D aside for a few weeks.

I'm confused about the zoom though. I understand that we are not to use P3D's zoom, so I'm only using the zoom in/zoom out feature of CP and not even the "default view 1x" of P3D, but how do we reset the zoom and to which value in CP? That'd be very handy if that doesn't exist yet.
