August 13, 20178 yr hi I have the PMDG 747-400 Queen of the Skies II but when I taxi for a bit the plane is only just moveing even on full power dose anyone know how to fix it thanks
August 13, 20178 yr Parking brake still applied? Brakes dragging? Throttle calibrated - by which I mean does the EICAS display show that you're getting full power? August 13, 20178 yr Chocks still there? Captain Kevin Air Kevin 124 heavy, wind calm, runway 4 left, cleared for take-off. Live streams of my flights here.
August 13, 20178 yr The Boeing 747-400 has the ground service equipment available, so if you go into the FMC, you can use it. One of the items there are the chocks, which is them blocks they place right up against the tires to prevent the plane from rolling when it's parked. August 14, 20178 yr If your too heavy on the breaks when taxing at speed your breaks overheat and you lose pressure in your tires making the aircraft hard to move. You have flat tires Stephen Asus Z170 Deluxe, 32 GB DDR4 Dominator Platinum, i7 6700k mild overclock, GTX Titan ( Pascal ) Win10
August 14, 20178 yr Most likely your brakes need calibrating. Wouldn't it be nice if P3D had the input data graph like x-plane or the input display like DCS? Poor setup has foiled me a few times. You need to read the intro manual which will explain how to resolve this. Cheers, Chris Brand
