Problem with PMDG and the Pro Flight Yoke/Throttle

Recommended Posts

Hello together,

i hope this problem isn't discoused in another post. If yes i am sorry! I've searched a long time but didn't finde something similliar to mine!

So i use P3D V4 and the PMDG 737 and 747. I assined all axis to my new ProFlight Yoke and Throttle and all axis work perfectly except for the spoiler. When there is only battery power on or even ground/apu the axis work fine. When i am activate the hydraulics then the spoiler will go crazy. I added a little Video to show it to you.

Maybe someon got a solution

Thanks in advance

Patrick Walzer

Hello Patrick,

1. Make sure the axis is completely removed in your P3D v4 axes assignments.

2. Go to FSUIPC, remove the current spoiler assignment.

3. Next rescan the axis, but instead of selecting "Send to FS as normal axis", you choose "Send direct to FSUIPC calibration". The got to Joystick Calibration.

4. Choose "Spoilers"

5. Select "Rev" as you did previously.

6. Calibrate the axis in FSUIPC.

7. Done

Hopefully all works as it should after....

Ok cool if it works . I have one question; I believed before watch your video that the hyd pressurisation can be made only if one air bleed source is selected such the bleed apu source or bleed from engine but apparently I was wrong.. cuz with an electrical source you can pressurize...

Can you do the light on this mystery that happens to me please ;)

Regards

Hydraulic pressure can be generated by the engine powered pumps or the electric ones for when the engines are off. The switches for them are on the overhead.
