737NGX Weather Radar Buttons not Clickable on Cnetral Pedestal

I have searched everywhere to see if there is a solution to this problem to no avail. Yes I do have Active Sky Next installed and do have it working in FSX.

Welcome to the forum. Please note that full names - first and last - are required in your posts here.

As far as the issue goes, it sounds a lot like you're not running a current version.

Open the Operations Center (Start > All Programs > PMDG Simulations > Operations Center), select the NGX in the list, find Versions on the left side and click on it. I'm guessing it will let you know that you are behind on versions (red bar on the versions page). If you purchased through us, log in to our site, click View Previous Orders, find your NGX order and re-download. While it's downloading, uninstall the version on your computer (both 800/900 and 600/700, as appropriate). Install the new installers when they've fully downloaded.
