PMDG 777 small white box window upper left

Recommended Posts

1.png

There is small white box on upper left corner of the screen.

It's 2D window that cannot be removed(if removed, re-spawn instantly).

Does this exist from the beginning of time, which just I didn't noticed?

By the way, this is P3D v4, not FSX.

It's there from the beginning on all products/platforms.It is part of the product so better don't touch it :)

If the thread you are posting is about a single product of ours, please be sure to place it in the appropriate sub forum, and not simply in the General Forum. As a rule of thumb, if you're going to type a single product of ours into the thread title, it's probably a good candidate for the specific subforum for that product.

Ok. When I first wrote this, I couldn't find sub forums, probably my fault or due to browser issue.

Really?

Not sure if you're jesting.

I notice it from time to time...it is very small. So small, that I immediately forget about it.

One way to remove it is to take it by the right bottom corner, make it a bit larger, then right click on it, undock and move that to the top of the screen. It disappears completely. However, if you save the flight, then load it, it will stay on the screen and can't be removed any more (at least I couldn't find a way). Also then it's much larger so be careful to not do this :)

Of course it's very small and shouldn't bother anyone, but if you have that OCD like me this might be helpful.

Anyway, as far as I've read it's related to the interior lighting and you'll notice at night if you don't have your dome light on it will be darker, and will actually change brightness as you change the lighting.

All good. Just figured I'd point it out, since I've been moving a lot of posts lately.
