Blank number on payload manager

Recommended Posts

No idea but try to disable/remove fspassenger. Fspassenger can cause issues with advanced airplanes like the PMDGs.

I have the DC6 and everything works as it should.

Thank you for answering Mr. PerWel. I did try to remove fspassenger and removed the Douglas DC-6 Cloudmaster program. The result was that it did not solve the problem.

Do any of the other tools works, such as the options panel or ramp manager?  Is it missing fonts or not working? Are the fuel gauges in the aircraft indicating that they contain fuel?

I do not have FSXSE on my computer anymore to look at this one but if it is a problem that none of the tools work I would suspect simconnect.  If the tools work but just don't display numbers then I suspect fonts.  One is corrected by installing simconnect modules, the other by running the PMDG installer as admin and selecting repair.

All option it is work as usual but the only problem is the number does not shown on.

Fonts dose not disappear but it still  working when I have input or move the scrolling mount.

And yes the fuel also working

I am using  FSXSE  and windows 64 bit but I do not understand what simconnect modules are.

Anyhow I am using font from stream module and from PMDG not from another where else.

I have been trying delete and reinstall Douglas DC-6 Cloudmaster again and again but it is not help to resolve the issue.

That makes more problems than it solves.  However, it is important that you run the installer with admin rights.  "Windows 64 bit" is that the same as Windows 10 64b?

I have not found custom PMDG fonts for the DC6 so I am unsure what they are using and do not know how to proceed.  First, ensure you are running the installer with admin rights.  Then I recommend you submit a trouble ticket at PMDG Product Support (this is not product support, this is a user forum).
