Question About Loading Saved Flights

Recommended Posts

Hi. I have some saved flights in FSX of my takeoffs and landings with PMDG 737 and 777 which I did last year. With the recent overall updates of PMDG aircrafts ( Including several uninstalls and reinstalls) will it go problem-free for me to load those saved flights?

yep   since  if  you load  the  old  panel  state  to the  new  version  will cause  issues, best bet  is  to make  new  ones,  or  have  you had  a look at FsiPanel which allows  you practice  takeoff  and  landings  and  sids/stars  etc

You can always give it a try.  Worst case they will cause crashes.  Using them won't do any permanent damage to FSX or your aircraft installations.  I've experienced some issues but no actual crashes.  If they continue to work satisfactorily for you, keep using them.  If not, delete them.

According to PDMG, they don't suggest it although they did mention they may make the P3DV4 planes backwards compatible with older saved scenarios at some point in the future.
