Kneeboard Placement and Sizing in P51

Recommended Posts

First day with DCS and having a blast, it's fantastic. Just got my Oculus Rift a few days ago, and it works very well in DCS. Question I have as I can't post in the DCS forums yet, is how do I move and resize the kneeboard. It's somewhat to the right and too far away. I'd like to center it, and resize it, much bigger. I've tried "Kneeboard builder" and it didn't make one bit of sense to me. Watched a few Youtube videos about it, didn't help either. It's not really very intuitive, unless you know what your doing of course. Is there a lua file I can edit that affects kneeboard placement and size in the cockpit. My searches are not giving me anything helpful, or understandable. I'm running version 1.5.7.8899 in Win 10 Pro.

After watching the "Kneeboard Builder" tutorial videos a few times a light bulb went off, slow to learn sometimes. Here's the link to Kneeboard Builder for anyone not familiar with it, or newbies to DCS World, like myself.

Let me know how you make out with it. All I did was "import" a pdf manual I found for the P51. It was way too many pages to be usable but it worked as a test. You can make folders, don't fully understand that part yet, but maybe you could separate a manual into chapters, or something like that. If you have luck with it,  please share. I'll continue to dig into it myself.
