Kord new runways

I finally got around to downloading the new KORD runways that are in the file library but am having trouble getting them into v4.  Are the instructions different inv3 vs. v4?  I selected it in the scenery library but nothing changes.  Do I need to change its priority or something?  Any help would be appreciated.
