Ah ok, I see what these installers change on *some* of these Alabeo and Carenado planes, they simply remove the default GPS gauge and 3D GPS bezel so the VNAV button is labeled correctly on the RXP units.

Here's my "obsessive compulsive" alignment of the RXP GNS 530-430 stack for the Carenado Centurion T210.

This version requires you to install the file named RXP530-RXP430.exe  in your IE: "Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3\SimObjects\Airplanes\Carenado Centurion T210" Directory and you *MUST* have a license for both the RXP530 version 2 and the RXP430 version 2. However, Carenado never bothered to fix a major bug with that installer, it causes a DME gauge to be deleted for some strange reason so I included it below in [Vcockpit02].

I replaced the gauge name with the new RXP gauge but some of the text on the lower part of the display was cut off. I was wondering if anyone got a "perfect fit" ?

Change the value 372 to about 370 or less.

It will take some trial and error.

The first zero - 0, position left to right. 0, position up and down 512, width dimension & 372 height dimension.

Here is the panel.cfg for The Carenado C210.

Dual unit setup GNS 430/530. This setup adds a popup for the 430. Popups load in the lower left corner. To open popups click top border of bezel of each unit. To close click in unit screens. All buttons and knobs work in VC.

This is a quick and dirty config for the Carenado Cheyenne III, just released.  It's for the GNS530W.

1) Run the GNS panel exe in the Cheyenne directory

2) Backup original rxp ini file and replace with the one in this zip

3) Open the panel cfg (back it up per usual) and make line changes (see file)

https://www.dropbox.com/s/c3uum0h0tmifq9d/RXP_GNS530Wv2_PA42.zip?dl=0

The sizing isn't perfect for the gauge.  Is the new v2 gauge a different size just a little?  I don't know.  Therefore the VC clickspots don't perfectly line up but they are fine and usable for me.  For the 2d popup just click the top of the VC gauge bezel.  One could probably run the 2d popup config via the new RXP in-sim app  - to get a better sized poup, but meh.

I see that you are using various Carenado-provided Toggle_GPS gauges to control limited clickspots for popping 2D gauges up and back.  I found a cleaner way provided by RXP (after a bit of a learning curve).  It involves adding some additional sections to the end of the RealityXP.GNS.ini file, then adding references to those sections as 5th parameter values to the gauges in the [Window##] and [VCockpit##] instances of the gauges in the panel.cfg file.

And one more step is needed. The Centurion T210's instrument reflections must be disabled either in the T210's popup Control Window (shift-3), or by using a simple .xml gauge I believe provided to me several years ago by Bert P.

http://CT210 RXP.jpg

The method below creates the entire display screen of each of the two RXP GNSv2 gauges in the VC, and also creates one popup for both gauges and uses as clickspots the entire display screens of the gauges in the 2D popup to close the 2D popup.

From my RealityXP.GNS.ini file are these four new Sections added at the bottom. NOTE: the value given to "popleft =" is the same value for all four Sections, and the same value MUST be used for the  "ident = "  entry in the appropriate [Window##] in the panel.cfg file.

[GNS_430_2.TOGGLE_430]
popleft = 15531

[GNS_530_1.TOGGLE_530]
popleft = 15531

[GNS_430_2.UNPOP_430]
popleft = 15531

[GNS_530_1.UNPOP_530]
popleft = 15531
=====================================================

Then here is how the panel.cfg  [Window##]  and  [VCockpit##]  are set up. I commented (//) out the original 4-parameter lines to show how they look compared to the lines with the 5th parameter values added.

[Window07]
size mm=400, 480
window_pos=0.79000,0.48000
window_size=0.20507,0.49275
visible=1
zorder=99

ident=15531
//gauge00=rxpGNS2!GNS_530_1,0,0,100,62
//gauge01=rxpGNS2!GNS_430_2,0,62,100,38

gauge00=rxpGNS2!GNS_530_1,0,0,100,62, UNPOP_530
gauge01=rxpGNS2!GNS_430_2,0,62,100,38, UNPOP_430

//--------------------------------------------------------
[Vcockpit01]
Background_color=0,0,0
size_mm=256,256
visible=0
pixel_size=1024,1024
texture=$C530_GPS

//gauge00=rxpGNS2!GNS_530_1  ,0,  0,256,184
//gauge01=rxpGNS2!GNS_430_2  ,0,185,169, 71

gauge00=rxpGNS2!GNS_530_1  ,0,  0,256,184, TOGGLE_530
gauge01=rxpGNS2!GNS_430_2  ,0,185,169, 71, TOGGLE_430

gauge02=Controls!IR_Off, 0,0,1,1     ;; to use this you MUST create this gauge using the instructions below.

============================================================

Then if you wish to have the Centurion T210's Instrument Reflections set to Off as the default, take the following text and copy and paste it into Notepad  or other text editor, save the file as "IR_Off.XML", then place it in a subfolder named "Controls"  to the C210's panel folder. (.....Airplanes/Carenado Centurion T210/panel/controls):

<?xml version="1.0"?>

-<Gauge Version="1.0" Name="IR_off">

<!-- No instrument Reflections -->

-<Element>

-<Select>

<Value> (L:InitIR,bool) ! if{ 1 (>L:WINDOWSTINTBOOL2,bool) 1 (>L:InitIR,bool)} </Value>

</Select>

</Element>

</Gauge>
