If there is no other need in each section than using popleft= (i.e. you're not using for example nobezel= for the ones set to the VC gauge instances), you can then collapse 4 to 2:

[GNS_430_2.TOGGLE]
popleft = 15531

[GNS_530_1.TOGGLE]
popleft = 15531

[Window07]
gauge00=rxpGNS2!GNS_530_1,0,0,100,62, TOGGLE
gauge01=rxpGNS2!GNS_430_2,0,62,100,38, TOGGLE

Make sure to have for example; gauge00=rxpGNS2!GNS_530_1, 0, 0,256,187 gauge01=rxpGNS2!GNS_430_2, 0,185,168,73. They have to be unit 1 & 2. Unit 1 would be master device. 2 not master device.

Carenado 185F updated for P3Dv4.

This AC uses a GPSMAP 295. Swapped out for the GNS 430. Doesn't look too bad but it works.

Replace popup and VC gauge.

Click spot for opening the VC gauge is on the windshield behind the suction cup.

For popup it is the gauge screen.

It is necessary to use the 430 bezel in this case. The 295 buttons disappear when using No_Bezel.

I love it! Great innovation!  Can you do that for my old British sports car to fit in a modern car radio with CD? LOL!  Everything available is too deep.

My chuckle here is because the real GNS 430 is almost a foot deep.   Who cares! You've got it there and functional!

Thanks Frank,

The C185F is one of my favorite bush planes. Was glad to see it updated, so I just had to stick a 430 in there. Had to shrink it a little in the vc or the bezel would bend around the curved corners. But like you said its there and functional and I'm happy.:smile:

GNS530RXPButtons.xml :

that's all.

All buttons in VC are working, except long press on CLR to back to default nav.

I have no idea why, but the GNS 530v2 installed in my P3dv4 Twotter just by using the RXP dropdown box in the addon menu.  Dumb luck,  I guess

this allow to have GNS V2 yes (that's why RXP product are greats,  it's easy to install !), but not all the VC button are working without using this "GNS530RXPButtons.xml"

Here's a mod to get the GNS530 V2 in the Baytower RV7 with working clickspots (P3D only - not tested in anything else).  It also addresses the inop gtx327 (that would usually crash P3D v4).  Credits also to Bert Pieke for the gtx327 mod and initial clickspot coding!

Place the rxp ini in the Vans_RV7 root folder and the rest in the panel.RV7_tip folder (backup originals).

FILE: https://www.dropbox.com/s/8uikmdvduo2p4i0/RXPGNSv2mod_panel.RV7_tip.zip?dl=0

It's then easy to make your own config for the rest of the variants.
