thank you...file not found........anyways, i was able to re-arrange the files properly using ftxcentral3....and they stayed in place....using the sceneryconfigeditor....didn't work, as they shifted back to default after a couple days....so it's all good now...was told by nick cooper

(on the settings page of FTX Central you will see the Insertion Point tool.

Please use it to place the FTX icon just below the lowest of your other addon scenery.

Place the OLC icon just below that and click on Save).

Once your file is restored,save it somewhere, in case you need it to get out of this same kind of problem even if you have added scenerie it's a good Tool to start, you can always add the sceneries you added after the misshap.
