Cannot login to PMDG and cannot email them to let them know

Tried to log into PMDG using my email account and password to purchase another product, but it would not let me log in.  (- both typed correctly -  no changes from my end have been made - logged in successfully many times in the past) and it says I'm providing an incorrect email or password.

When I said I forgot my password, it emailed me the exact password that I had just typed to the exact email address that it said was incorrect.

The contact page is a round robin.  No email. No phone.

Anyone have any ideas how to contact them for help with this?

Update:

Wouldn't you know, just after posting it let me in, after 6 lock outs.

Problem apparently solved...for now.
