No sound with 747 nor 777 tried everything

I have zero sound, but when I first installed the 777 version I had I remember.

This time I installed the 747 version and had no sound. I tried everything you wrote in your manual and FAQ, including updating my drivers. I have now spent well over 90 EUR on a product with no sound. Please help.

So you ran the audio system check and hear nothing?

What kind of sound system do you have?

Your basic 2 speaker setup or something really complex?

I did and the reset, I heard no sound during the test and the reset didn't work.

I run a 2 speaker setup and use the onboard soundcard, which is fine. Realtek HD Audio Drivers is what I am running.

Sounds like a pretty standard setup.
