I am considering buying the 747 for P3D V.3.4.  Will this also include a free upgrade when I go to P3D V.4 please?

Yes, you are good to go.  You download one file and it is good for v3 and v4.

This is already the case. The installer that you download today recognizes both 3.4 and 4.
