747-400 nose missing

Recommended Posts

issues caused by this file C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\PMDG 747-400\panel

if i have both vox atc and fs2crew at the same time , then the plane nose in outer view is missing but if remove voxatc panels or disable fs2crew the plane turns normal again

Looks like a memory issue to me. I would inevitably get an OOM when those graphical issues happened. I assume you are running FSX?

full flight from lgav to omdb  and lgav to loww (fly tampa) and ut europe scenery and no oom error. olso i havent got any oom errors seens the release of the new 747

if i go to  C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\PMDG 747-400\panel and remove the vox atc lines

Window19=VoxATC////VoxATC
Window20=VoxATC Recent Comms////VoxATC

or if i remove the

 window16=FS2Crew Main Panel
window17=FS2Crew Secondary Panel

i got no issues then .
something is happening with the panels. maybe there is a restriction there,

i solved this issue by deleting from panel config this lines below    ,vox atc and fs2crew are adding 5 new views to the instrument views which i believe they cause the skeleton bug in game. so i deleted this views which i dont use anyway and everything was fine. maybe someone with voxatc 7.4 and fs2crew will have the same problem too. you can try this solution but is good to backup your panel config file.

window07=Zoomed Left Outboard DU
window08=Zoomed Left Inboard DU
window09=Zoomed Upper DU
window10=Zoomed Lower DU
window11=Zoomed Right Inboard DU
window12=Zoomed Right Outboard DU

Have you tied the method listed above? That seemed to solve it for the OP.
