Permission problem

Hi,

Hope someone can offer suggestions on an issue that has happened with my network.

I don't know what i've done or if windows has done something but i can now no longer access one of my harddrives on my main pc from my laptop.

I have 2 drives that i've set to be readable/ write to from my laptop,one still works fine but the other says i do not have permission to access it. As far as i can tell the drive i cannot access from the laptop  looks the same as the drive I can access permissions wise but I may be missing something obvious as i know very little about networking 

I updated my laptop a while back to windows 10 home but my main pc is still running windows 7 pro  weather this caused it don't know 

Can anyone advise on things to try or look for bearing in mind i'm not the best at networking.

Would it be worth deleting this network and creating a new network
