Teterboro crash - follow up

Recall this Challenger which overshot runway on takeoff from the Teterboro airport and plunged into a warehouse a few weeks ago?FAA just shot down the whole company - it turns out they had no paperwork that would allow them to operate the flying charter service. I read I think last week that the company was contracted from another company that did hold the paperwork, but not exactly sure what the facts are in this case.
