Windows is on say 'D'

Windows and all programs are on C:\

D:\Users\Sebastian\Documents\ was moved to d:\  with Windows board tools.

No difference moving them back.

The simulator is stable in the meantime when scenery and airplane can be loaded. However, the CTD continues to follow.

1.) A saved scenery / flight / airplane will be loaded with RealityXP is installed (if you do it again it can work or not at another time)
2.) By an accident, the RealityXP aircraft is damaged and the simulator detects the damage (and wants to restart the situation)
3.) Attempt to change to another aircraft (as soon as before or after a machine is equipped with Reality XP).
4.) P3Dv4 is terminated after a flight with a Reality XP machine.

No problem in (4) if you delete sysnand

These environment variables tell the GNS V2 simulation to use alternate paths instead of the default. It is only useful if you manually copy/move the trainer files to another location (in case you want to install 2 different trainers)

Please note there is no situation where this would apply and these are mostly for advanced use. When just installing the trainer in its default location, our GNS V2 auto-detects where it is.

However, should you 'override' the paths using these environment variables, you have to make sure all is in order because this bypasses any 'auto-detect'. You also have to make sure the 'GNSAPPDATA' folder grants your user account 'write' permissions.

Didn't you say your Windows is not installed on C: but on another drive (D:?) My suggestion was for you to install the trainer to D: in this case, changing the default installation path in the trainer installer, not in overriding the environment variables.

I know - you did tell me to try it.

This is the current state:

C:\RealityXP\ folder which includes my installer an RXP-GNS430-FS.lic file
C:\ProgramData\Reality XP:
(1)1ProgramData.JPG
C:\Program Files (x86)\Reality XP\GNS Simulation\FltSim" various folders ("32", "64")
(2)2RealityXP.JPG
D:\Dokumente\Prepar3D v4 Add-ons\Reality XP GNS\add-on.xml
D:\Dokumente\rxpGNS2.gau
D:\Dokumente\rxpGnsSim.dll
C:\Program Files (x86)\Garmin\GNS Trainer\GNS
(3)3GARMIN.JPG
C:\Program Files (x86)\Garmin\GNS Trainer
-GNS
-Manuals

My Windows error log looks like this: (This is always the same error message)

D:\Dokumente\rxpGNS2.gau
D:\Dokumente\rxpGnsSim.dll

These are no supposed to be there. Did you manually put these files there, or is the Reality XP installer put these files there?

Again: don't set environment variables. Just install the trainer and let our GNS V2 automatic discovery figure this out.

Besides: can you please try the latest v2.3.4 update we've just released yesterday?

It's all right, but it does not make any difference. Again: In Windows 10, there is the possibility, e.g. to move your own files to a different drive. So I moved these files to the drive D. I already mentioned above that I had moved these back to C: \ for test purposes but the error has occurred exactly like this.

No your installer did that.

Again: I DID THAT-  I have also tested this: no difference

Are you sure those are not the log files?

rxpGNS2.gau.log

You will not believe it and I can not believe it myself: This version has fixed all the bugs. There is no more crash and no error log. I've only tried it once, but I've never come that far.
If I do not write anything here is the problem solved.

I would like to thank you very very very very much!
