FedEx AI in v4

Recommended Posts

Hello all,

I have been flying out of FSDreamTeams KMEM a lot lately with UT Live, but it's painfully empty without any sort of FedEx AI. I tried to compile my own package using the models, liveries, and schedules available in the library, but I found out most models were incompatible with P3Dv4. Does anyone have any suggestions or tips to get FedEx AI working in v4?

Thanks

Currently, the only models missing are the A310 and MD/DC10. I've got the FSP MD11, TFS A300 (GE, no PW yet), AIA B767 (soon to be replaced by a brand new and free FAIB AI 767), and AIG 757. Flightplans are from AIG Summer 2015 which isn't all that different than current.. Good enough, for now, thats for sure.

Just default scenery, but KMEM looks pretty good with some life in it.

Dave,

Forgot to ask: do you use anything for the 777? Can't remember if TFS 777 is v4 compatible or not.

Thanks,

Andrew

Couldn't get the TFS A300 to work, it would show up as invisible in the sim. Is there a trick to getting around that?

The TFS 777 partially worked, but the fuselage was black.

Oh yes, sorry the TFS 777F will be converted to v4 at some point down the road (there are many many models to convert), I'm using the FSPX version. As for the TFS A300, I'm using the model from UTL for the GE engined variant.

FYI, if you subscribe to the AIG forum, then they have several P3DV4 AI model updates available including TFS 777s - would have supplied link, but writing this from phone.

Unfortunately, the TFS A300 is not one of them, though.

Hi Gary,

I do subscribe to AIG, I did a search but could not find anything about an updated 777. If you have a link, it would be very appreciated!

Hello Andrew

Try this:

Sorry if there's a problem with the link as like I said above, I'm doing this on my phone. If no joy, or no one else updates it, I'll re-post it when I get home.
