Someone at Level-D may have forgotten to renew the registration for the domain, as it appears to have expired. I wouldn't say (yet) that it is down "for good"

Just went to it again..working fine.... Don't need is what to tell you Mr.Boom

When a domain has expired, even after the renewal fee has been paid, it can take several hours, (sometimes up to 2 days), for the updated domain information to propagate to all the DNS servers in the internet. Depending on their particular ISP, some people will be able to "see" the updated domain almost immediately, while others may take longer.

It was down here this morning, but it is back now. Doing a "WHOIS" check on the domain leveldsim.com shows that the registration renewal took effect at 18:56Z today, Sept 16th. It expires next on 12 Sep 2019
