Waves and Water over Taxiway - LIMJ

Hi All,

I'm struggling to get LIMJ looking OK in P3D V4.  At a couple of screenshots below you can see buildings in water, waves on the taxiways (ramp) and odd scenery right next to the airfield.  One thing that is difficult to see is what looks to be a flashing intersection between two buildings.

 

I think my scenery layers are correct:

 

I am using My Traffic 6a, so found the AFCAD there and disabled and that didn't make a difference.

Any thoughts on what to do or how to troubleshoot?

I have wave effects bleed through at Imaginsim KLGA, their solution is to ask customers to turn down water effects.  True, moving the setting from Ultra to High does eliminate the wave problem but I'm not please with that as a solution.
