Wow, memories of FS9 that used to have that issue when taxiing at some airports.

If you're using Orbx vector, did you try disabling airport elevation correction for these airports? Just a thought.

Boomer, are you seeing spikes of land coming up from the ground? 

Is it with every aircraft? Could be a contact point issue . 

Is it when taxing next to the jetways or bridges? 

Try making your mesh setting into 10 also check that you have removed the elevation correction on FTX central if you use ORBX vector.

I can't speak to the FT ones, but some FSDT airports have very specific mesh and mesh resolution settings that need to be set to prevent anomalies. 

If your not using ORBX Vector then the only other thing beside what I said above is that you could have a duplicate AFCAD causing issues which those airports. You have MTX installed for traffic? If so, disable the AFCADS for the airports that you have as after market addons.

FlyTampa Schiphol uses a flatten bgl which is being placed in scenery/world/scenery as EHAM dummy.bgl....
