Yes, be sure to install any texture set using ASCA first, you can then select one of the two dynamic modes.  Note ASCA must be running in the background alongside ASP4 for complete dynamic changes.

Yup, it's a bit of a PITA to have to have ASCA and AS both running for it to do all the fancy stuff, but it does work and once you are in the sim it's not a big deal although I do think they'd have been better having integrated it all into one GUI for a bit less faffing about.

ASP4 is a free upgrade for AS16 P3D customers and not ASN (Next).
