Is it just me, or does it appear that at least some of that video is filmed using P3D anyway? If so, surely the P3D version isn't far off.

I saw no indications that is was filmed in P3D. I was looking for shadow effects inside and out of the aircraft and didn’t see any. That’s usually a P3D giveaway.

No, but the P3D written prominently across the factory liverie is 'subtle' hint that support is coming.

Really?

Can't see any statements on their Facebook page?!

EDIT: Not yet - but close... can't seem to download it from Flight1. I'm just getting a 404 error...

Look here:
http://www.flight1.com/products.asp?product=qw787

I can't seem to download it, although they've updated the webpage with an actual link, and a download button at the top...
(Before it just said 'Comming Soon')

I'm quite mystified, as to how @TheFlightSimGuy has gotten hold of it, as he claims he has?!

Hello Anders

Just to let you know I'm also seeing an error when trying to download,  maybe it due to the extra load,  I'm sure it will come right soon

Rather strange that it should be released while the QWSim homepage still shows "in development", no?

Greetings, Chris

Indeed... There's no information on their forum or their Facebook page. Maybe Flight1 has 'messed' up?
