its not help the images have something else? tried dx10 enb fsx.cfg by other people with highmix and all of this

In FSX:SE settings menu lock the frame rate to 30 fps. In Nvidia Inspector set the fps to unlimited. Try that.

Set the graphics resolution to the native resolution of your monitor. My PC monitor's native resolution is 1280 x 1024 so I set FSX:SE's resolution to 1280 x 1024.

flight sim 10 is correct I think.

If you lock your frame rate IN FSX to 30 then it should not go to 120.

In the FSX menu lock the framerate to 30. In the Nvidia Inspector, set that to unlimited.

Don't use 4k resolution FSX was not engineered for that. Try 1080p

Are you running any other programs on your PC apart from FSX:SE and possibly a weather program? Do stream any videos or music.

I am afraid that is as far as my experience goes.
