The 10th is Tuesday and yes it was confirmed.

The release of 4.1 was confirmed for the 10th.  The release of the changelog was said to be happening a few days before.

Isn't there an issue that some add-ons would have to be updated to work with 4.1? If so then I would wait for 4.1 rather than have to reinstall any add-ons.

We don't know until LM release it.

The next major update to Windows 10 debuts on October 17th.  I'm going to wait until then to install W10 and 4.1 fresh.

The addon I've ever had an issue with after a P3D update is Active Sky. And they always release a patch within a few days.

Of course that doesn't mean that other addons will be affected.

Best regards,

Well, now that the NDA is lifted, I can say that LM and myself agreed to the v4.1 release on my birthday October 10th!. Well done, LM!.

I would be careful with that. If you're affected by the CTD which occurs with the September 2017 Update for Windows 10 1703, then you should definetly wait. If you're going for Windows 10 1709 (Fall Creators Update), then you have no chance in uninstalling the Cumulative Update as it is baked into the RTM Build.

W10 is a great OS.  I just hate not having control over the update process.  Wrong in so many ways.

Right, and a major reason I stay away from W10.  Whos going to pay me to be their beta testin' biatch?
