Prepar3D V4 crashes on startup Please HELP!!

I installed a fresh copy of Prepar3D V4 Professional Plus to my desktop. However, the windows error message saying that prepar3d.exe has stopped working and it automatically closes the program. I tried reinstalling it but it was no use.. Please somebody help..

If you're using Window 10, there's a specific KB update causing this issue. KB4038788

You need to uninstall this patch to get Prepar3D up and running again.
