Sao Paulo Photographic custom buildings not displaying textures.

I tried posting about this before but I think I forgot to include the subject. Anyways has anyone had any problems with Mega Sao Paulo photo scenery. On mine the ground and autogen textures display fine but the custum buildings are untextured. Can anyone tell me how to fix this, I have looked for the textures in the folders and can't tell which is what.
