October 8, 20178 yr Hey guys, I'm running P3Dv4 on win10x64. I can install all other addons compatible, including the skylane. Just when I double click on the texan installer, the blue circle above the mouse cursor pops up briefly, but other than that, nothing happens. any suggestions? I already tried to redownload from the flightsimstore with AV turned off, ran as admin, ran in windows safe mode. Nothing works. Funny thing: The v1-3 installer works just fine.
