Hello,

I have been experiencing weird crashes since a few days ago.

Every time I press the space bar to pan the view around the VC, FSX crashes and sends me back to desktop, with the typical message saying that FSX has crashed and must close.

I have already tried reinstalling the NGX several times but without any luck so far.

I'm only using FSX Steam edition on Windows 10.

Is there a fix to this problem?

Thanks.

Somewhat...there's a workaround. We must wait on Microsoft for the actual fix.

Thanks for the reply.

Unfortunately for me, I am unable to uninstall the update that causes the problem. It appears in the update history, but no way to remove it.

Besides, it appears to also affect the 777, but much more abruptly as I cannot even load the aircraft, FSX crashes before the aircraft appears in the sim.

Will PMDG consider a solution if ever Microsoft was not to change anything on it's side?

Thanks.

Check here how to unistall and hide the update

MS has according to a post in P3D forum has found the issue and will fix it in the future. I know you are using FSX but let's hope the fix will aslo solve the issue on FSX.

Hello Chris,

Thanks for your input. Finally I managed to do it, and it seems to be working.
