pmdg  requires  you  to add  your  full names  to  your  posts,  submit  a  support  ticket  in  which  requires  you to  register  fist  since  its  a different  sign in to the  forum

ince you have indicated that you are using Win10.

 

Please check if you have KB4038788 or ΚΒ4040724 installed in your win10. If you have them, uninstall them and hide them so that they would not install by their own and retry. If you do not hide them then they will reinstall automatically.
