How long does it normally take to acquire a license?

As the topic suggests, how long does it normally take to get your license after sending the request and receiving the confirmation email?

Is the process automated or handled manually?

Sorry if this information already is available and I overlooked it, just eager to start using this great software

I've bought 2 licenses on separate occasions and both times I've received them the same day (within hours if not minutes). I believe Mark processes the requests manually, but I'm not sure about that.

yes, it's a manual process and I would say average waiting times are a few hours max.
