No back-lighting after 10/12 update on MCP.

The same problem here. During night flight and in particular after 1 hour into the flight the backlights in the captain side do not work. Obviously there is a problem.

Didn't work for me, unfortunately.  Still shuts off ~1 hour after starting the sim.

I posted the problem also in PMDG facebook page but I dIdnt received a reply. PMDG i am a good customer since I bought every plane for FSX and now for P3D I paid again and own (747, 777 , 737 and DC-6) Please awaiting your feedback.

You've been told separately here that full names are required on all posts, and that the only way to get support directly from PMDG is via their support portal at PMDG Product Support.

Any solution to this back light issue on the captain's cockpit side? Besides deleting the shaders. I am using ENVTEX + ENVSHADE + ASCA.

This texture issue is connected with too many addons added through the xml method if i recall correctly. I noticed that if i add 30 (29 entries seem to be okay) or more addons via the xml method texture problems start to occur. First with GSX veichles, than FSLabs A320, PMDG 747 and 777. Now i noticed backlight texture issues with the 737. I will remove a few xml entries today and will test.

Interesting, I have more than 80 addons using the xml method so I am interested in what you find.

Didn't have the time to check it out today, will do tomorrow. Really, and you have no texture corruption whatsoever? In my case it first starts with textures on GSX veichles not displaying, after that FSL Airbus textures get corupted, and then the same thing manifests on 747 and 777 - skeletal fuselage textures and black cockpit textures.And that's with 30 or more xml scenery entries.

Tried removing a bunch of xml entries and I’m not getting the issue anymore on my latest two flights. So may be a small fix until LM fix this issue on their end.
